Italian Food Special – Venice Cuisine

- Rm 160 ++ with glass of prosecco and glass of house red or white wine
1) Risotto al radicchio – Stewed Risotto With Treviso Red Chicory, butter and parmesan cheese
2) Polenta e Costine – Broiled Iberico ribs, served with polenta and sauce
3) Bollito Misto, a classic northern Italian stew, most closely resembling the French Pot-au-feu, consisting of various tougher cuts of beef, pork and hen that are gently simmered for 2–3 hours in an aromatic vegetable broth, served with salsa verde and salsa rossa.
4) Dessert, Zabaione con Frutta – Zabaione is an Italian dessert, made with egg yolks, sugar, and a sweet wine. Sapore versions will be Marsala zabaione with Venezia biscotti and fresh fruits.
