STARTER: Tuna tartar with avocado & caviar

PASTA: Homemade Taglierini pasta with crab meat & asparagus

MAIN: Roasted Iberico tenderloin, bacon, balsamic sauce, mashed potato
Roasted pacific fillet of hake, prawns with horse radish sauce & spinach

DESSERT: Pure vanilla bean gelato with strawberry tart
