The white spring truffle, also know as Tuber borchii, or bianchetto has an amazing garlicky aroma, and strongly resembles the more expensive Italian white truffle (Tuber magnatum). This species is harvested across Europe during late winter and early spring.
Early this year, the heavy snowfalls caused the difficulty in a search of good white truffle harvesting. We are glad to import this exclusive spring truffle and will showcase to you all only within this week.
