AVAN OK has its own nuances, where are perceived the fruity character and peculiarities of the “Tempranillo” or “Tinta del País” variety, as well as aromas from its brief passage through the french oak barrel.

Appearance: intense cherry-red, almost opaque, with purple edge which demonstrates us its great youth and especially its capacity of aging.
Nose: The nose is happy, cheerful and entertained. A set of aromas predominated by the red fruits in the first part and with black plums and violet flowers at the bottom. Very intense and persistent aroma.
Palate: In the mouth, it is tasty as a mature fruit and has a great balance and freshness.

The best Iberico pig, the final quality control, monitoring the whole transformation processes in their own dryers. With its best nature of holm oaks, cork oaks, and pastures, these have provided a great balance diet for many of the Iberian pigs, making the Spanish ham cured in a perfect way.
ABOUT Beef Cachopo
Spain – Asturian cuisine. In Sapore, our Beef Cachopo consists of two large veal fillets, Parma ham, red capsicum and melting cheese. The dish is eaten fried and hot after being breaded in eggs and breadcrumbs, garnished with potatoes.
