Porchetta pork roast roulade style, stuffed with the intense garlic, lemon and others fresh herb flavours. carefully roll up the roasted Porchetta into a roulade. Chinese version of ‘siew yuk’. Suitable for 8-10pax.

• Roasted Suckling pig, potato, Arugula Salad with 3 different sauces

We marinate the whole pig overnight with all herbs and some insider secret recipe. Suitable for 6 -8 pax
