  • Appetizer – Kebabs of Grilled Chorizo with Mushroom & Zucchini & Red Capsicum Sauce
  • Pasta – Ravioli with Spinach &  Calamari & Pici Pasta with Porcini Mushrooms
  • Main Course – Oven baked  Ocean Trout served with Fried Kale, Lemon Butter Sauce OR Roasted Angus Tenderloin Chateaubriand served with Mashed Truffle &   Bordelaise Sauce
  • Dessert – Raspberry Cheesecake with Pistachio Crumb & Vanilla Gelato

New refreshing drinks – Ice Cooler and Banana Daiquiri

 

Sean (our new restaurant staff) came up with the idea of, why don’t we create our very own Sapore drinks? As Malaysia is hot, come over for a ‘Sapore flavour’ of refreshing drinks!

 

Sapore Ice Cooler

 

Sapore Ice Cooler – Ice, ice baby, as cool drink creation- Homemade Sapore iced tea with passion fruit syrup, peach syrup, lemon juice, and passion fruit puree.

Banana Daiquiri –  Rum infused with banana, Cointreau, sweet &sour garnish with banana and Cherry.

Well, something cooling to cool down the heat in Malaysia, time to drink!
