May Notice: Sapore dine in options

Dear all, in conjunction with prime minister announcement on 1 May 2020 Labour day, Sapore will welcome dine in and takeaway services with new operating hours starting 4 May 2020 (Conditional Movement Control Order)

  1. Operating hours starting 4 May 2020: Everyday Mon – Sun 12-9pm

2. Social Distancing and Sanitisation

a) Sapore has rearrange tables with a min distance of 2 metres between tables. This is to ensure a safe distance between dine-in customers.

b) Sapore will only serve a total of 6 tables, each table 4 pax.

c) guests need to maintain 1 meter social distance away from other person, including the payment queue.

d) Sapore staff will also practice the good hygiene by wearing face mask, disinfect every table and chairs and surroundings upon guests leaving.

3. Contact Tracing Measures

a) All customers must undergo temperature checks before they are allowed to enter the restaurant. This is to help with contact tracing in case a customer is tested positive for COVID-19.

b) Restaurants must also record the full name, IC number/passport number, telephone number and temperature readings of all employee and customers daily. If the temperature is above 37.5, we have the right to not to allow guests to come in due to health safety concerns.

4. Gentle Reminder

Kindly always wash/sanitise your hand and always put on your face mask upon going out. Please wash your hands before removing the face mask for dine in in the restaurant. Upon leaving, we encourage you to wash /sanitize your hands and put on your face mask.

5. Menu price Difference

Dine in price is as per normal price, while the takeaway price (self pick up or delivery) remains the same as per Sapore lockdown Inhouse promotions. We will duly inform you from time to time in regards to the promotions.
