Our chef receives suggestions from friends and customers to do something special – Spanish Paella. Originally from Valencia in Eastern Spain, paella started off as a simple rich dishes cooked with chicken, snails, beans, tomatoes and onions. Boil to make broth till it reduced into half.
As years go by, more varieties of paella were introduced – seafood paella and chicken paella. Seafood lovers will see the colorful seafood such as jumbo shrimp, mussels or clams, and a firm white fish such as monkfish, halibut, or sea bass.
Chicken paella always comes in easy as it was stir-cooked in saffron threads, bay leaf, parsley, chicken stock, and lemon zest.
