November is a month of late autumn in the Europe, as well as appreciate the aromatic luxury truffle season. While chef is planning to have some nice celebration of the Truffle Festival with you, Sapore wants to keep things going for the men in conjunction of Movember movement.

White truffle season runs from mid-September through to December or January. And now, we have the reason to hold a white truffle dinner in conjunction with the white truffle festival!

Chef Fabio will be using the winter white truffle (Tuber magnatum) ‘Tartufi d’Alba’ (from Alba, Italy) . Since white truffles are so precious, chef Fabio will perfectly showcase the white truffle’s heady aroma into his 6-courses truffle dinner menu, probably the best truffle dishes in town!

and what’s more perfect is Alexander Biasutti the wine export manager, will offer fine Italian wines that have an affinity with truffle. Bottle age wines that can stand up well to the intensity of truffles.

Spring Truffle Menu

The white spring truffle, also know as Tuber borchii, or bianchetto has an amazing garlicky aroma, and strongly resembles the more expensive Italian white truffle (Tuber magnatum). This species is harvested across Europe during late winter and early spring.

Early this year, the heavy snowfalls caused the difficulty in a search of good white truffle harvesting. We are glad to import this exclusive spring truffle and will showcase to you all only within this week.
